ACCOMMODATION:

• 4 bedrooms: 2 queen and 2 x twin king single bedrooms (sleeps 8) - bookings are a minimum of 4 guests.

• 2 bathrooms.

• Indoor dining area and outdoor (deck) dining area with BBQ.

• Separate lounge with TV.

• Fully self-contained kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher.

QUILTING AND CRAFTING FACILITIES:

• A large work room (approximately 9m x 6m) with a lino floor, work tables and chairs, plus a separate sewing/work room.

• Janome sewing machines, including a walking foot and a 1/4 foot, for use while you stay.

• On-site long arm quilting service - check availability.

• Cutting mats and rulers.

• Laundry with washing machine, dryer and a large laundry tub.

• Irons and ironing boards.
